Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing complex data entry tasks, including financial accounting and bookkeeping. You will work closely with our financial team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Performing complex data entry tasks, including financial accounting and bookkeeping
  • Maintaining the integrity of our financial data
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Working closely with our financial team to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems, including Excel, Access, and other financial applications
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • 2+ years of experience in SEC and administrative quarterly reporting
  • Fiserv information and understanding
  • COSO-based Sarbanes-Oxley internal control assessment execution
  • Military knowledge or experience in examination, including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management
  • 1+ year of experience in credit card industry reporting, corporate/business loan products information
  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
  • Large 4/provincial public accounting/financial services experience
  • Transitional Essbase/SmartView, high-level Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP/ pivot tables
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP financial reports or parts preparation, with the ability to interpret and summarize complex information into actionable data and recommendations
  • Shown understanding of accounting/detailing/internal control issues
  • Ability to decipher and summarize complex information into reasonable, significant data and recommendations
  • High-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
