Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient problem-solving, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns

• Prepare and process tickets, admissions, and other travel documents to ensure client needs are met
• Collaborate with clients in a friendly and helpful manner, creating significant experiences and building client loyalty and commitment
• Move forward and exceed client expectations while maintaining a high level of accountability and responsibility
• Work daily with a security mindset, ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, business administration)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training
• Willingness to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
• Ability to meet organization participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
• Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality

• Four-year degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
