The Role

As a Technical Customer Assistance Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat on our website and social media accounts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, and your goal will be to resolve their queries efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible support, and you'll be empowered to make decisions that drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat on our website and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Use canned responses and provided steps to resolve common customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in a live chat environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and social media platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop)
  • 10+ hours availability per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
