Job Description
As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve data-related issues, develop and implement data management solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis and develop quality technical solutions
- Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental standards
- Manage project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Act as a liaison to ensure effective communication between business and technical teams
- Participate in system and acceptance testing
- Scope of work may vary depending on the project task
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk management principles, theories, and practices
- Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm (desirable)
- Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement (desirable)
- Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program (desirable)
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders (desirable)
- Fundamental knowledge of technical environments (desirable)
- Openness to Agile philosophies (desirable)
- Coursework or experience related to network security (desirable)
- Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines (desirable)
- Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year (desirable)
- Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition (desirable)
- Ability to work in a culture that is open, direct, conscious, gracious, and empathetic
- Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor
