- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent) Key Skills:
- Ability to multitask in and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
- Ability to provide essential technical support through phone and chat, showcasing flexibility in communication methods.
- *Please be aware that you may be placed in a class that is not chat-trained, depending on availability. Currently all of our roles include phone support. Equipment and Internet Requirements
- Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
- Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
