Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our clients

  • Utilize computerized systems to input and track customer orders and inquiries, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication
  • Assist with sales inquiries, providing product information and supporting clients with their needs
  • Maintain office organization and assist with administrative tasks, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide multilingual support when necessary, catering to the diverse needs of our clients
  • Support customers with cash handling transactions, ensuring secure and efficient transactions
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times, setting a positive tone for customer interactions

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
