Job Description

As a Remote Chat Specialist – Beginner Level at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling incoming customer service questions via chat support on businesses' websites and remote social media accounts. This could include support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer service questions via chat support on businesses' websites and remote social media accounts

  • Provide quick and accurate assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications:

* 10+ hours availability per week
