The Role

As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients. You will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat, while also responding to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing and resolving complex issues, while also providing guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets
  • Assign work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and follow through to closure
  • Respond to and diagnose issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps
  • Open the ticket, access the user remotely, and guide them in order to restore the normal operation of the services as quickly as possible, minimizing the impact on business and activities caused by IT failures through the use of complementary tools
  • Activate the Support Analyst in case the remote guidance is not successful, register and archive the call, for control and evaluation of the area's performance
  • Monthly, summarize, in a spreadsheet, the number of services and consequences and send it to the superior for consideration
  • Perform other duties related to the position, at the discretion of the superior
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets

Requirements

* Portuguese Bilingual

  • Expert communication skills to advise and implement best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Work Schedule

* Monday - Saturday, 9 to 5 pm

  • 48 hours per week
  • (GMT-03:00) America/Sao Paulo
