Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance through our live chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately

  • Recording and documenting all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
