Responsibilities:

* Oversees front desk operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

  • Provides exceptional guest service, guidance, and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided
  • Assigns and instructs team members in details of work, monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly
  • Resolves customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Trains, supervises, schedules, and assists in evaluating staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a front desk or customer service role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
