Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote Email Chat Support team. As an Email Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer queries and issues efficiently through email and live chat support, while also assisting customers in understanding our products and services better. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in understanding arenaflex products and services better
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via email and live chats
  • Build rapport with clients quickly and establish trust
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and comfort using them to interact with customers
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Availability to work at least 5 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

  • Experience with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services (a plus, but not required)
