Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating customer information into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Managing and maintaining customer records to ensure all data is current and correct, and providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and assisting with generating reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Providing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Working independently and remotely with minimal supervision, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
