The Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
