Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs
• Resolving customer issues, including billing inquiries, account updates, and service requests, with a focus on empathy and effective communication
• Educating customers on arenaflex products, services, and benefits, highlighting the value proposition and driving customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex customer issues

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus

Skills:
