Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via live chat, email, and text. Your role will be to provide prompt, thoughtful, and personalized responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that they receive top-notch service with every interaction. Whether customers have questions about product details, need help with an order, or require assistance with our services, you'll be the one to provide the solutions they need.
