Financial Services Representative - Oak Brook, IL
Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team, providing dedicated training and support for career development. In this role, you will assist customers with account inquiries and transactions while preparing to become a FINRA Registered Representative through obtaining necessary licenses.
Responsibilities
- Support customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
- Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills
- Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and spend time building advanced skills
