[Remote] Pre-Sales Representative

EverQuote is a leading online marketplace for insurance shopping, and they are seeking a Pre-Sales Representative to engage potential clients in phone conversations. The PSR will qualify clients for the quoting process and connect them with agents to complete their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls or making outbound calls, engaging leads in conversation
- Using your strong communication skills to build a rapport with potential clients
- Making quick decisions to qualify the potential client and transfer to a live agent
- Taking the lead in introducing the potential client with the appropriate agent
- Working to reach weekly goals and quality transfer rates
- Pivoting quickly with script, consumer engagement and process changes
Skills
- Must be physically located within the United States
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with potential clients
- Ability to make quick decisions to qualify potential clients and transfer to a live agent

- Prior experience with phone sales or call center work
