They are seeking a Financial Service Trainee who will provide exceptional customer service, process banking transactions, and educate customers on financial products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and returning messages from members/customers
- Process banking transactions by verifying caller identity and accessing sensitive information
- Respond to a wide range of banking inquiries including account reconciliations, online banking issues, and fund transfers
- Educate members/customers on products and services related to the employer's offerings
- Maintain performance metrics, including average talk time and quality review scores
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with general banking knowledge and banking platforms preferred
- Exceptional attendance record and availability for scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient typing and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively in challenging situations
- Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly in banking or financial services
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
- Familiarity with mobile and online banking platforms
