Small Business Insurance Specialist

They are seeking a Client Service Representative who will partner with sales and remarketing teams to deliver quality service, manage client expectations, and maintain effective communication with clients and underwriters.
Responsibilities
- Partner with both the Sales Center and Remarketing areas to ensure quality service is delivered at a support level
- Remain knowledgeable of coverages and manage the expectations of the client (both internal and external)
- Maintain rapport with clients, company underwriters, and develop/grow existing accounts
- Work collegially as a supportive member of the production team for the benefit of the clients
- Maintain open, effective communication and timely follow-up
Skills
- High School graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor
- Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset
- Strong team player work ethic and willingness to help reach all goals
- Demonstrate proficiency of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Property & Casualty Insurance Experience
- Property & Casualty License
