As a Dayforce Payroll Analyst, you will collaborate with senior consultants to address payroll-related challenges, focusing on system configuration, functional design documentation, and client training on Dayforce functionality.
Responsibilities
- System configuration
- Preparing functional design documents
- Creating support documentation to meet evolving business requirements
- Participating in all stages of payroll system implementations, from testing and troubleshooting to client training on Dayforce functionality
Skills
- Understanding of payroll processes, statutory regulations, tax calculations, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Benefits, Workforce Management (WFM), HRIS integrations, and data migrations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, provide clear guidance, and set expectations
- Strong critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Experience in payroll implementation
- Understanding of Dayforce Payroll, including configuration of payroll-related modules
