Responsibilities
- Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database
- Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve any discrepancies found in the data
- Adhere to privacy regulations and data security protocols
- Assist in creating reports and presentations using acquired data
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Solid background in data entry or a related field
- Strong command of real estate language and procedures
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office suite and data input programs
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in real estate-related data entry
- Strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance
- Familiarity with data security regulations
