Business Development Representative
Arsenal Business Growth is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive revenue growth through proactive inside sales efforts. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inside sales, including cold calling, emailing, appointment setting, follow-ups, and proposal delivery
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve client retention
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned
