[Remote] Talent Acquisition Partner

RemoteHunter is connecting talented individuals with the largest dedicated provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy services in the country. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment cycle for non-clinical, high-volume roles, collaborating with leadership to develop sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-clinical, high-volume positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on needs, timelines, and strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and improve recruitment processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate engagement
- For senior roles: lead complex searches, guide decision-making, and mentor team members
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools; Greenhouse experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism
