Assistant Live Producer - EA SPORTS™ UFC

EA SPORTS is one of the most iconic brands in entertainment, connecting hundreds of millions of players to the sports they love. As an Assistant Live Producer for the EA SPORTS™ UFC franchise, you will be responsible for live product design and enhancing player engagement through strategic performance improvements. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality live service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interface with creative, production, business and technical operations to make sure that Live product requirements meet the product roadmaps and incorporate inputs from various stakeholders
• Work closely with the game client teams on the definition, design and execution of longer term feature development
• Help design and build all aspects of the Live Service, including store offers, live events, and new content
• Use in-house and industry standard tools to create live content to a high quality level
• Track and develop expert level understanding of the gaming industry, including developing ability to qualitatively and quantitatively teardown games
• Track performance on a daily basis and adjust designs / plans accordingly
• Develop and implement game health review cycles that carefully consider internal and external feedback as well as key product metrics to continually improve the product

Skills

• Strong creative and design skills and experience with data driven product design and decision making
• Strong analytical skills and experience to enable the creation of design systems to drive the live service in our products
• Experience defining feature design specs with clear technical requirements, user flows and wireframes
• Strong in Excel, ability to create models and simulators for player progression modeling
• Passion for games and strong player empathy. Ability to critically evaluate design, art and economy that influence player behavior
• Passionate fan of the UFC
• Strong communication and writing skills, with experience preparing and presenting decks to various stakeholders
• Ability to effectively communicate both creative and technical feedback to a diverse group of stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and projects
• Worked in a fast paced AGILE development environment
• Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day
• Open to feedback and thinks outside of the box
