[Remote] Account Services Specialist

As an Account Services Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients have the proper documentation for opening investment accounts and providing support through various account management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming fax communications, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate individuals or team members
• Review new account setup data to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and alignment across internal systems and platforms
• Enter new account information into the EFE client trading and reporting system
• Account maintenance for existing accounts (Address Change, Name Change, Planner Change, and Re-registrations)
• Conduct program migrations and conversions, ensuring account attributes remain consistent across internal systems
• Act as a liaison between custodians and Planning Teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and implement necessary corrections
• Perform basic account audits to verify accurate setup within the Managed Services Platform (MSP)
• Respond to inquiries and provide support via the department hotline, offering clear and timely feedback
• Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to capture and interpret information effectively and resolve issues promptly

Skills

• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information; confidentiality must be maintained at all times
• Basic understanding of SEC regulations relevant to investment advisory operations
• Excellent organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Client Service Teams
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically within a registered investment advisor environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
