Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on the 3rd shift (11pm-7am, Sunday-Thursday). As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reports, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot erroneous data. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

* Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors (65%)

• Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15%)
• Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10%)
• File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5%)
• Perform other projects as assigned (5%)

* Technical/Functional Competence: Proficiency in data entry software and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Analysis & Judgment: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot problems
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Quality: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications and Special Skills Required

* Previous clerical/administrative experience

• 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
• Good math skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
• Good interpersonal skills
