Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via chat, email, or phone
  • Managing client incidents and requests through to resolution
  • Providing first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise to answer customers' questions
  • Driving customer adoption and support ad-hoc training
  • Preparing FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in Knowledge Base, and document support related to processes and activities

Essential Qualifications

* Availability and punctuality for scheduled work shifts

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Exceptional phone and listening skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and technology

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer support role or similar field

  • Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Experience in preparing documentation and training materials
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
