Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their issues and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • Basic English writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or live chat support (not required but a plus)

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
