Job Description

As an arenaflex Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
• Communicating effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to escalate pain points and enable arenaflex to improve and deliver world-class customer service
• Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
• Helping customers resolve issues with orders and payments

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic English writing skills
• Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
• Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
• Ability to work 30-39 hours per week, with potential for additional or fewer hours due to business requirements
