Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support, and we're seeking highly motivated and production-driven individuals to join our team as Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representatives.

Position Overview

As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a temporary, remote basis in response to catastrophe relief efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You'll work a flexible schedule, choosing your available hours from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
  • Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
  • Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Computer and Network Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need to meet the following computer and network requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home
  • Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, etc.
  • Network Requirements:

+ Upon hire, you must run a Speedtest from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net) + Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended + You must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US

  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
  • Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Authorized to work in the country where the job is based
  • Willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process
