Job Summary

As a Business Analysis Manager in our Worldwide Revealing team, you'll play a critical role in driving our organization's success by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions. You'll work closely with senior leadership to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and efficiency

• Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency, including financial planning and budgeting
• Work closely with senior leadership to present data-driven insights and recommendations
• Lead and mentor junior team members to achieve business results
• Conduct research, including external benchmarking and data analysis, to inform business decisions
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, and measure results

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, and data analysis
• Proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency through data-driven solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop strategic plans
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Experience leading and mentoring junior team members to achieve business results
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical modeling and data visualization
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
