Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our passengers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every interaction is seamless, efficient, and memorable. Your primary focus will be on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our passengers.
Key Responsibilities

- Utilize arenaflex's technology and systems to efficiently manage customer interactions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's services and offerings
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal); Catalan a plus
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM to utilize arenaflex's computer systems
- Valid work authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the airline industry or a related field
- Knowledge of arenaflex's services and offerings
- Familiarity with arenaflex's technology and systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with conflict resolution and customer service software
