Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide personalized support and solutions to customers, addressing their questions and concerns about their pharmacy benefit plans
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
