Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide personalized support and solutions to customers, addressing their questions and concerns about their pharmacy benefit plans
- Utilize your knowledge and skills to resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
