Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about our services and offerings.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and consultations for clients and team members, coordinating calendars and ensuring optimal timing.
  • Checking in clients for appointments and meetings, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately. Assisting with check-out procedures as needed.
  • Providing administrative assistance to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitoring access to the premises, ensuring the security and safety of our staff and visitors.
  • Receiving and distributing mail and packages, ensuring they reach the appropriate recipients in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.
