Experienced Full Stack Customer Acquisition Associate – Remote Sales and Account Management

The Role
As an Associate, Customer Acquisition, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients. This is a full-time remote position, and you'll be working closely with our sales team to achieve your revenue-based quota. You'll be responsible for:
- Working within a dedicated territory and team to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services and offering up-sell opportunities
- Providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
- Mastering product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
- Initiating steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
- Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers
- Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
- Working with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
- Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
- Undertaking sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity
- Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
- Experience in high-volume calling
- Experience learning new technology and data
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience or willingness to work from home
