Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote work from home setting. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks, including entering customer information, processing prescriptions, and updating patient records
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, prescriptions, and inventory levels
- Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing paperwork
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmacy or healthcare administration
- Current licensure as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician in the states within the region
- Experience performing data entry tasks, including entering customer information and processing prescriptions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician in a retail setting
- Experience working in a remote work from home setting
- Knowledge of pharmacy software and technology systems
- Certification as an immunizer or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire
