Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and updating our data records, ensuring they're accurate, up-to-date, and error-free. You'll work closely with our team to verify and correct data discrepancies, organize and maintain data files and records, and perform regular data quality checks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the integrity and security of our data.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input data into our systems from various sources

  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Organize and maintain data files and records in a secure and accessible manner
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve errors
  • Assist in data cleansing and validation projects to improve data quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance data management and administration
  • Adhere to company policies and data security protocols to protect sensitive information

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role (at least 2 years)

  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data
  • Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) + Knowledge of data security protocols and best practices + Familiarity with cloud-based data management systems (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)
