The Role

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that data is accurately entered, updated, and maintained in our systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Classify and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems

  • Conduct research on websites to gather information and verify data accuracy
  • Audit reports and sheets of data to identify errors or inconsistencies
  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources
  • Review finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
  • Obtain additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Requirements

* Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools
  • Expertise in computer research and data entry
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent typing accuracy and sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with presentation software and creating presentations

  • Familiarity with Google Meet and Slack
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
