The Role

As a Call Center Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing live chat support to our clients' customers on various platforms, including websites and social media. You'll be responsible for addressing routine customer support questions, assisting with new customer sales inquiries, and being a reassuring presence that helps navigate solutions for a variety of issues. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide live chat support to customers on various platforms, including websites and social media

  • Address both routine customer support questions and assist with new customer sales inquiries
  • Be a reassuring presence that helps navigate solutions for a variety of issues
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

* Possess a smartphone, tablet, or laptop capable of accessing social media and web chat functionalities

  • Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and manage your responsibilities effectively
  • Commit to at least 10 hours of work per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
