Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Developing recommendations for process improvements and implementing changes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Identifying and assessing new information sources to add value to arenaflex's products and services
- Utilizing industry and internal best practices to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and processes
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in a relevant field such as finance, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, operations research, computer science, business administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop recommendations for process improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Python, R, SAS, and Data Bricks
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
- Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
- Certification in risk management or data analysis (e.g. FRM, CFA, or Certified Data Analyst)
