Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist clients with their healthcare plans, including medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order services
