Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with booking, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and efficient service
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

  • Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
