Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative on our remote team, you'll be the face of arenaflex, connecting with our customers on the phone, via email, and through live chat. You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing solutions to their problems, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Connect directly with customers who reach out to us for various reasons, from finding their new pet to resolving issues with their orders.

  • Examine and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, think proactively, and set follow-up meetings as needed to ensure issue resolution.
  • Work with empathy, attention to detail, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Work with a willingness to learn, share feedback, receive input, and grow in a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with partners, your immediate supervisor, and other colleagues across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to an exceptional customer-driven culture of teamwork.

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of customer service experience

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation.
  • Ability to multitask (e.g., keep a conversation on the phone while searching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to assist with supporting our customers.
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization.
  • Flexibility to adjust your schedule and work beyond 40 hours as needed by the team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Technical Requirements

* A dedicated workspace that is large enough to accommodate computer screens and is free from distractions, including any background noise that may impact the customer experience.

  • A workspace suitable for webcam use.
  • A strong, wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed). You can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your internet service provider.
  • A wireless or tablet device that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Confirm. Options for two-factor authentication include:

+ A smartphone or tablet on which the Okta mobile app can be downloaded. + A phone that can receive SMS messages and calls.
