About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in the development of our AI research project. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the quality and integrity of our data. Your work will directly contribute to the advancement of our AI research and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure data quality and integrity by following established protocols and guidelines
• Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own judgment and initiative to complete tasks
• Collaborate with our research team to ensure data meets their requirements and expectations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI research and development, and adapt to changing project requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, data science) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and other data management tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with AI research projects or similar applications
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with data quality control and assurance
• Fluency in multiple languages (English required; additional languages a plus)
