Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Labor Force Activities Work Execution team. As a Sr. Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring that our stores are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

• Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and data visualization to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Produce reports for senior leadership to audit and use, and present findings to stakeholders
• Build expertise and knowledge, including self-improvement, team information, and client (internal) information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Direct senior/direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job, such as business, data analysis, or a related field

• 3 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in retail or ASDS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Experience driving high-performing teams and counseling senior leadership and project management

Preferred Qualifications

* Store insight and ASDS experience

• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and data visualization
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
