Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Broad experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) version 2007 or later
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Development/Support or similar experience required
