Job Summary

As a Part-Time Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone and email. You'll utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who is passionate about delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone and email

  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
  • Communicate with customers in a fun and fast-paced environment
  • Work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • No prior experience necessary; training provided
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications

* Previous customer service experience

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Experience with software applications such as CRM systems or helpdesk software
