Position Summary

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering professional, text-based customer service via live chat. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized support using company scripts and workflows. This role offers a unique blend of flexibility, weekly pay, and a fully remote, phone-free environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to live chat messages promptly, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution

  • Assist customers with account access, billing, and subscription management, providing accurate and empathetic support
  • Follow scripted replies and company SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Document interactions and escalate complex issues to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Maintain professional communication, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of customer service

Technical Requirements

• Laptop or desktop with Chrome

  • Reliable internet (10 Mbps+)
  • Typing speed 45+ WPM
  • Strong written English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation & Scheduling

• Start: $25/hr

  • Raises to $30–$35/hr after 30 QA-approved shifts
  • Shifts available 24/7; self-scheduled
  • Minimum 15 hours/week

Training & Onboarding

• 2-hour onboarding session to introduce you to arenaflex's systems and processes

  • Simulated chat practice to help you develop your skills and confidence
  • QA-monitored first shift to ensure you're comfortable and competent in your role
  • Paid shifts start in 3–5 days – get started quickly and start earning

Sample Shift

• Assist customers with password resets, discount codes, billing info – all via chat

  • Work with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized support
