Job Description

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining large volumes of data in various systems. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting needs. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and correct information flow, respond to data requests, and provide support in pulling or organizing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately input, update, and verify data in databases and information systems

  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Maintain data integrity by following company policies and data entry procedures
  • Perform regular data audits and generate reports as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and correct information flow
  • Respond to data requests and provide support in pulling or organizing reports
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly
  • Assist in process documentation and suggest improvements for data entry workflows

Data Entry Clerk Details:

* Contract to Hire position

  • $25.00 /hour
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Qualifications:

* 1–3 years of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and database systems
  • Strong keyboarding skills (minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
