Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality data entry services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Conducting research and gathering data from various sources
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
  • Strong data entry skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute typing speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Background in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
  • Experience with data entry software and systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with online research and data collection methods
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
